How Durwoods Got It's Name

The name Durwoods was derived from the nickname for the owner's son, Darrin. Darrin got his name from the TV show Bewitched. If you ever watched Bewitched, the mother in law called her son in law “Durwood” instead of Darrin.

'The owner's grandmother also watched the show and always called Darrin “Durwood”. She could never remember Darrin, but she darn well never forgot the name, “Durwood!”
