Deschutes Cinder Cone Red 22ozCinder Cone Red's diverse selection of hops and barley captivates thirsty palates with its toffee-like flavor, intense citrus aroma and defined bitterness.
Alamos Red Blend 2013Our Alamos Red Blend has spicy flavors of black pepper and blackberry fruit from the Syrah, and juicy dark cherry flavors from the Bonarda. Both of these varieties marry well with the dark plum flavors of Malbec. Tempranillo adds an intriguing edge with its lively strawberry nuances that mingle perfectly with hints of oak. A warm brown spice character from the oak and a rich mouthfeel deliver a bold and very approachable wine.
Kendall Jackson Vintner's Reserve Summation Red 2012This beautifully fruit-forward, layered wine is rich, complex and offers a sumptuous texture. This is a great example of the 2012 vintage and all of its glory. It has spiciness from the Zinfandel, fresh, lush red fruit and dark, red fruit tones from the Syrah, with a kiss of chocolate from the Merlot. Sumptuous tannins from the Petite Sirah and Grenache envelope the mouth and linger beyond each sip, and a smile is brought to one's face.
Chateau Ste. Michelle Indian Wells Red Blend 2012The Indian Wells Red Blend is an easy to enjoy red blend from warmer climate vineyards. The wine reflects the rich, round powerful style of Washington fruit, highlighting six varietals. It is a true example of the art of blending. The wine offers jammy boysenberry flavors from the Syrah with a luscious concentration from the Merlot. This would be a great match with barbecue ribs.

Iron Horse Brewing Irish Death 22oz BottleCreated by the brewery's founder, Quilter's Irish Death is what we call a dark, smooth, ale. Any attempt at classifying it just ends up sending beer geeks into a style guidelines diatribe. So forget style guidelines. Is your pursuit of micro beer about tasting copies of a style that fit guidelines anyways? (Neither is ours) We lovingly refer to it as beer candy. While tempting to session this beer, the name is a necessary reminder that despite the surprising approachability, this beer weighs in at a hefty 7.8% ABV.
Pilsner Urquell Pale Lager 6 pack 12oz BottleThe first batch of beer was brewed on 5th October 1842. Five weeks later, on 11th November, the beer was first drunk in the town. A golden beer - the world's first golden beer - it was fresh, clear and refreshing with a hint of caramel sweetness and a fragrant, balanced hop bitterness. It was an immediate success and a proud moment for the city of Plzen. Since that day the recipe has remained the same.
Blue Moon Brewing Company Belgian White 6 pack 12oz BottleAppearance: Will appear cloudy because it's unfiltered for more depth of flavor. Aroma: You'll notice a zesty orange fruitiness with a light spicy wheat aroma. Taste: The flavor starts crisp and tangy and ends with a coriander and orange spiciness. The Valencia orange peel gives a subtle sweetness to the beer. Mouthfeel: The oats give the beer a nice creamy body, so it's not too thin. Finish: Has a slow finish of coriander and orange spiciness. Food Pairing: The beer's light, spicy citrus flavors pair well with seafood such as grilled shrimp, Asian dishes like pad thai, and marinated chicken dishes.
Brouwerij van Hoegaarden Original White Ale 6 pack 12oz BottleThe brilliant white beer is brewed to a traditional recipe which dates as far back as 1445, although the beer Hoegaarden has only existed since 1966. Hoegaarden gets its great taste partly due to there being special ingredients added during the brewing process, such as - wheat, coriander and curacao orange peels. Also the pale, cloudy appearance of this mysterious looking drink is all thanks to an additional second fermentation in the bottle. Hoegaarden is quite strong for a beer, standing at 5% vol. The beer even has it's own glass which is common with all Belgian beers. This six-sided chunky tumbler style glass, is very stylish and is almost bigger than the beer itself in popularity. The story behind the glass is that it is shaped so that the glass can be prized out of the drinkers hands with a spanner at the end of the night.
The Pike Space Needle Golden IPA 22oz BottleAssertive hoppy and floral west coast style IPA. Over 100 beer enthusiasts gathered at the famous Space Needle in 2012 to taste beers from a dozen local breweries. Their goal - find the one most evocative of the Northwest beer culture and capable of commemorating the iconic building's 50th anniversary. We're honored that Pike's Space Needle Golden IPA took home the honors that day and has been turning heads and pleasing palates ever since.
Dogfish Head 90 Minute IPA 4 pack 12oz BottleEsquire Magazine calls our 90 Minute IPA., "perhaps the best I.P.A. in America." An Imperial I.P.A. brewed to be savored from a snifter. A big beer with a great malt backbone that stands up to the extreme hopping rate. 90 Minute IPA was our first continually-hopped beer, which is a method of hopping that allows for a pungent, but not crushing hop flavor. In addition to the continual-hopping 90 Minute IPA recieves during the boil, we also utilize our 'Me So Hoppy' device to dry-hop the beer during conditioning.
